1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the pct55 online gaming platform and its users. By accessing the pct55 website (https://pct55.lat) and its associated services, you fully accept all clauses and sub-clauses of these Terms and acknowledge that they are legally binding on you.

2 Account & Registration

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the pct55 support team immediately.

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or network, but this is subject to verification by pct55.
• A national identity card or equivalent document may be requested for account verification.

3 Age Restriction

All services on pct55 are strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Use of the platform by minors is completely prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age and may require submission of a national identity card or birth certificate as proof of age when necessary.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pct55 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

pct55 endeavours to complete approved withdrawals within 1 hour. However, pct55 is not liable for delays caused by technical issues on the part of banks or mobile financial services.

4.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology. Only use payment methods registered in your own name for transactions. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example — for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the pct55 platform.
• A single member may not claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• pct55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

pct55 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are conducted transparently and impartially. Players compete against one another on equal footing.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided. Any incorrect amounts or results displayed due to an error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Betting Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to verify the amount before confirming each bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pct55:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Cheating or colluding with other players.

• Spreading offensive, threatening, or harmful content on the platform.

11 Account Closure
